Today we attended to an urgent call from a customer whose mini split was not cooling as efficiently as it used to. We promptly realized that the solution oftentimes lies in the simple things. In this case, a little cleaning was all that was needed. After conducting a thorough check and clean of the system, the mini split was back to its optimal cooling function. We were summoned by the customer who faced issues with inadequate cooling in their kitchen area. The concern stemmed from a malfunctioning fan motor. So, we promptly stepped in to regulate the cooling back to its optimal level. To rectify the problem, we focused on the Carrier system which evidently needed some tender love and care. To the customer's relief, the cooling issue in the kitchen was successfully resolved. We got a call from a customer whose air conditioner wasn't cooling as efficiently as it should. They were pretty sure something was wrong with their system and they were right. After a thorough inspection, it turned out the condenser fan motor needed replacement. We didn't waste any time and slotted them into our schedule. We're lucky we had a condenser fan motor handy, just the right fit for their air conditioning unit. So, we went in and replaced it swiftly and efficiently. Now, their air conditioner is back running smoothly and our customer couldn’t be happier! Cool air, happy customer, mission accomplished. That's how we roll.

In this case, the homeowner is filing an insurance claim for the repair, which we're more than happy to assist with. To get their cooling system back up and running, we called upon our trusty sidekick, an American Standard unit. Like superheroes for your HVAC woes, we stand by ready to confront and solve these problems!
